Returns Policy
We honour your right to cancel an order and wish to return
under the distant selling regulations (2000).
You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return the good's back to us. After the 14 days we cannot accept your item back.

You must notify us before hand and within 14 days to let us know you are returning an item otherwise we cannot accept it. We will send you a returns form that must be filled in and packed in your return parcel. Unless your delivery is defective or damaged, it is your responsibility to return the goods at your cost.
we recommend using a tracked and signed deliver method you received damaged or faulty product you must let us know within 30 days We will require pictures and a description of what is wrong with the product.
goods must be returned back in a saleable condition in original packaging with tags still attached and any extras that are included. we do not refund gift wrapping charges if your gift is unwanted or if you have changed your mind.
Refunds will be processed once items have been received back and inspected. Once the refund is issued, you should expect this back into your account within 3-5 working days.
